Acceptance of Terms

By booking a lesson or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you disagree, you should not use our services. Services Provided

Sykes Driving School offers professional driver education, including classroom and behind-the-wheel lessons. All services require prior booking and payment.

Booking Policy

• Advance      Booking: Lessons must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance online, by      phone, or in person. 
• Payment      Requirement: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise      arranged. 
• Lesson Start      Times: Students must be available on time at the scheduled pick-up time.      Being late will result in a shortened lesson time without a refund. 
• Instructor      Changes: Although we strive to maintain the same instructor, changes may      occur due to scheduling conflicts. 
• Student      Requirements: Must hold a valid learner’s permit or driver’s license and follow      all safety protocols. 

Cancellation Policy

• 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations      must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled lesson. If made      "at least" 24 hours in advance, we will reschedule with no      additional charge. If "less than" 24 hours, you forfeit the      lesson fee. 
• Less Than 24      Hours: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in      the full lesson fee being charged. 
• No-Shows: No-shows      forfeit the lesson fee. 
• Instructor      Cancellations: If we cancel the lesson, we will reschedule it at no additional cost      or provide a full refund. 

Student Responsibilities

• Arrive with a      valid permit or license 
• Wear      appropriate footwear and clothing 
• Follow all      safety instructions 
• Do not drive      under the influence 

Safety and Liability: Sykes Driving School is not responsible for incidents resulting from student negligence. All vehicles are insured for instructional purposes. Code of Conduct: We reserve the right to refuse service to students who behave inappropriately or pose safety risks.

Privacy Policy: We use your data solely for service and booking purposes, and we do not share it without your consent, unless required by law. Changes to Terms: These terms are subject to periodic updates. Continued use of our services implies your acceptance of any changes.

Governing Law: The laws of the State of Georgia, USA, govern these terms.
